Why do people gain the weight back after fad diets?
does it have anything to do with the fact that the person goes back to eating the same way and the same level of exercise?if a person were to lose a lot a weight with a fad diet, then ate right and exercised consistently, would they still gain it back?
Whats a good meal plan? no fad diets, just a nutritaion plan?
I just want to lose a few pounds and tone up. I work out 3 times a week and dance dance 2 times a week. So i just want to start eating healtheir. just a meal plan for breakfast lunch and dinner.Thanks
Why do people feel the need to splurge money on fad diets?
why cant they take the situation into their own hands. im overweight at 78kg and 166cm tall and ive realised i cant keep going on like this or i will be in trouble with my health very soon. so instead of turning to protein shakes, lite n easy, celebrity slim diets and other fads, i decided to lose weight the old fashioned and best way. ive cut down a lot on my fast food intake and the help of many websites helped me determined the amount of calories i should be eating per day to lose weight. ive been watching what foods i put in my stomach, how many kj are in them, drinking lots of water as well as exercising 3 times a week for a 40min jog. ive tried losing weight many many times before and ive just gotten lazy without seeing results but i never once tried the diets available at phamarcies because i believe with enough motivation, u can do it urself. anyway, this morning i ate cottage cheese and scrambled eggs, lunch was home made vegetable lasagne and snack on my break was yes believe it or not, kfc gravy, chips and bread rolls and dinner was low fat soup and rice. its been about less than one week and ive already lost 3kg. which is why i dont feel why ppl would need to spend so much money on diets that will never work when the old fashioned way is always the way to go
How to lose weight with out fad diets..?
Everywhere you check online website always recomend quick fixs and fad diets.I'm sick of them You lose but then GAIN eventually on them How do you LOSE WEIGHT without dieting? Without doing crazy extreme diets?In other ways how do you lose weight the healthy way??thanks I have about 40 lbs to lose btw.
Best way to shrink stomach fad dieting?
I wanted to try a fad diet for only 3 5 days, no more as know how bad they are for you.I was hoping to shrink my stomach so i was looking at some soup diets, this is not a long term thing so can people suggest any?PLEASE do not stress how bad they are, i know. Im just doing this for 3 MAYBE 5 days.Any ideas? Also im vegetarian so no meat suggestions please unless its quorn haha Not all vegetarians are skinny you knowCheese is a big weakness haha
Is this fad dieting what I used to do?
A guy who I use to know who use to be a weightlifer gave me some advice on how to lose body fat said to me to eat 6 or 7 meals a day and make sure each meal contain protein because protein causes thermic effect in food and it burns fat and lower your carb intake and eat some essential fatty acids aswell. I said to him that isnt a low carb and high protein diet a fad diet like atkins but he said no because on atkins your carb intake is seriouly low like 20 40g but on the diet that he is recommended me to do does not allow less then 100g of carbs a day and it is not a fad diet. Is he true? WARNING If anybody tries to sell me some acai berry supplements I will get your profile deleted because I am sick of your annoying adverts about acai berry capsules.
