No idea. But if you have a low metabolism and your diet pill doesn't cater to that, you may gain weight. I'm using phentramin-d and it takes care of metabolism. It helps speed up the fat burning process. It helps with your metabolism and speeds up the fat burning process. Your appetite is suppressed so that you don't eat more than what your body needs. I suggest you to check in details about this effective and safe diet pill. p.gs/ s1qdm

Yes. They aren't some magic pill that will do work for you. Best way, and most healthy way, is by diet and exercise. Don't say you don't have time, because we all know you do.

Sometimes your body thinks its starving and will not burn but gain fat. Make sure you take the pills as directed and not whenever you want. When you stop eating suddenly your body can freak out. Weight yourself everyday and the 1200 calories should be healthy food not fast food.

Diet pills are never the single answer to a weight issue. You can't take them and still eat whatever you want and expect success. You also have to make sure that you are being physically active...give them a chance to actually work. You should check your stats before you stick to a 1200 calorie diet...depending on your height and body structure you may need a few more calories just to power your body thru the day. If you eat too many you'll have to exercise more, but if you eat too few your body will go into starvation mode and store the food you do eat as fat. Good luck

When you rev up your metabolism and cut calories your body freaks out. It thinks it is starving and at that point it holds onto whatever it can by converting the food you do eat to fat for use later. If you really want to lose weight you need to reassure your body it isn't starving and eat. Just make the meals smaller and frequent - about every 2 hrs. You also need to make sure it is good stuff like fruits, nuts, veggies, etc. Get off the pills because they are artificially altering your burn rate. You cant stay on them and as soon as you stop, the weight you do lose will come back plus some.

Acai provides dietary fiber, excellent for digestive tract health, high levels of calcium, vitamins A and E, and phosphorus. Acai has a significant amount of calcium, which help strengthen bones, prevent fractures, and can help prevent osteoporosis. Women who experience extreme menstrual pain can also benefit from Acai. Calcium-rich foods help coat the lining of the stomach and uterus, and help reduce the pain from cramps and bloating. Acai's dietary fiber helps promote the health of the digestive tract, including the colon. The broad array of antioxidants in Acai may help protect and repair the lower esophagus damaged by acid-reflux disease. Acai's acid-suppression effects reduce the acidity of stomach contents when reflux does occur. The antibacterial properties of Acai kill bad bacteria, fungi and parasites, including ulcer-causing bacteria. Acai's anti-inflammatory abilities may prevent the malabsorption of vital nutrients by preventing damage to the wall of the small intestine. Acai's phytosterols help reduce the erosion of the skin's protective coating. Because it's so high in anthocyanins and phytosterols, Acai helps protect connective tissues, including collagen. Acai acts as an astringent which contract, shrink or tighten body tissues, including skin. Astringents can be used to stop bleeding in small cuts or to give the skin a fresh, tingling feeling. Modern science is discovering the life-enhancing benefits of the Amazon super berry. Research indicates that Acai can help neutralize free radicals, prevent heart disease, thwart cancer, and much more. Acai contains powerful nutrients, which combine unique properties and ingredients in a single product. There's no other fruit that can be compared with the effectiveness of Acai and no product on the market that can compete with the quality of Amazon Thunder.
