Okay so I weigh 126 right now and I would like to weigh 116. If you have any exercise ideas too that'd be great.

Good diet plans to stick to when trying to tone up at the gym?
i'm a teenager and i'm trying to not loose weight, but tone up. i'm starting the gym next week, and want to make sure that i have a healthy diet plan to sick to whilst i'm there so that it's not wasted. i know there's not much detail here but if anyone could help, it would be appreciated oh yeah, i'm 6 foot and about 14 stone... if that helps XD

i am planing on scheduling my diet. i want to have two different plans during the week and two different plans for the weekend. i would like to use plenty of good ingredients in my meals. such as honey, lemon, cinnamin, and garlic. i am a vegetarian. can any of you give me ideas please for meals, snacks or drinks. thank you.

Is this a good diet plan?
My friend and I want to start doing p90x a few times a week, and in combination of course I want to eat a moderately healthy diet. If I were to eat healthy at two meals a day, and one meal to kind of be my splurge meal By splurge I mean 500 calories or less , would that be effective in helping me lose weight? Like for breakfast one day I may eat scrambled eggs, lunch sandwhich and chips, dinner salad. Or something along those lines. Thanks

What's a good workout/diet plan for a 14 year old male?
Ok I'm an 8th grader and I'm 5" 8 197 pounds and I'm wondering what is a good diet workout plan for me. All I have is 2 10lbs weights. I wanna lose alot a weight before football starts so that I'm in shape in June Does anyone have any ideas so I can atleast feel like I'm in shape. Also I already know about what to eat but I need an exercise workout plan also. Thanks

Should I switch to phase 3 diet plan for p90x?
I am in my second recovery phase of p90x and about to start the final phase. I have been following the diet plan to a T and switch phases like my workouts. I am currently using energy booster and want to move on to endurance maximizer. I am worried that i wont get enough protein to build muscle and bulk up and i still want to remain lean and ripped like i have gotten to. Could someone give me some advice?

Diet plan for 2 weeks.?
I need a diet plan that doesn't go below 1,100 per day, that doesn't completely cut out junk. I mean, yea, not eating it everyday but I would lik calories e to at least have it sometimes. But I only would like a 2 week plan, that will lose me 5 pounds by March 26. So, a vegetarian, so meat is outta the question. I like soup veggies fruit, tofu, veggie burgers and bagels. I like way more than that to though...BTW for lunch tomorrow I am bringing half a chocolate chip bagel from panera, One apple and a sausage substitute patty its 60 calories per serving.. I can't change that because I already packed everything. So Just a simple diet plan, and exercise plan no more than 2 miles a day. Also, no more than 10 push ups per rep. I barely can do ten... I weigh 116 pounds and am 5 feet 6 inches BTW. Thanks a lot I also have P.E. every other day. We do simple warm ups and run 3 4 a mile..Oh and I don't wanna gain muscle weight. I want to lose the weight I still have some excess fat on my tummy, so if I lose 5 pounds it should get rid of most of it
