How was my diet and excersise today?
Okay. So I am 15 years old. I am 5'3 and 115 lbs. This is what I ate today Breakfast nothing.Lunch Special K 90 calorie granola bar and 100 calorie pack.Snack I went to Dunkin Donuts after school . I feel REALLY guilty. I got a medium french vanilla coffee light and sweet and a blueberry cake doughnut UGHH.As far as excersise goes, I ran on the tredmill for 30 minutes and then used an abb machine for 10. I am planning on having a lean cuisine and nothing else...because of that doughnut So please, just tell me how I did today Thank you.
How can I change my diet when I'm an extremely picky eater?
I'm the pickiest eater you would ever meet. I'm not so much a " food snob" but I really don't like anything. My friends tell me I'm the pickiest eater they have ever met and sometimes my eating habits affect me socially. Stuff I don't eat Anything green, salads, onions, peppers, most vegetables, peanuts nuts, ranch dressing, blue cheese, mustard, bbq, anything spicy, asian food, mexican food or anything different. The only vegetable I like is corn. I'll eat most meat except seafood, turkey and balogna. I'll eat a lot of different fruits but I get bored of fruit easily unless its a smoothie or sorbet. I mostly eat steak and potatoes or something italian. Actually I mostly eat pizza. I would eat it every day if I could but I try not to. But pizza is the only food I don't get sick of. All the food I do eat, I have to force down now because I'm so sick of the taste from eating the same things every day. I've tried so many times to eat food that I won't normally like and I can't seem to swallow it. I'll chew on things for a long time and have to eventually spit it out. If I do manage to swallow it, it doesn't sit right. I end up puking. Some foods I really don't mind the taste but I just can't chew it. This problem affects me from going to dinner parties or grabbing food with friends, etc.. I'm always embarrassed to tell people so often I'll just not go because I don't know what they're cooking for dinner and I don't want to ask since that is considered rude. Sometimes I'll be with friends and everyone is hungry. I'll be starving but when the host cooks for people, I'll lie and say I'm not hungry because I can't eat don't like what they're cooking. It was always difficult in the past meeting my boyfriends parents for a traditional dinner at the rents house and all of a sudden I'm not hungry?? I was never so much liked by ex boyfriends parents usually for this reason. I want to change my diet but I don't like anything. Most of my friends eat pretty healthy too. A lot of my friends are vegetarian and eat organic foods. Usually if I go out to eat with any of them, they get a salad while I'll order a cheeseburger plain and fries. Its annoying.
Question about dieting?
Is the start of the diet the hardest or is sticking to it harder? from person experience that is...i'm having trouble starting but im hoping that sticking to it will make it easier. Thanks < 3
How can i Amp-up my fat loss at the beginning of my diet so i don't get discouraged initially from no results?
The only time i ever successfully dieted when i was at my worst 205lbs at 5'7" and lost 25pounds in a month because i ate nothing but 2 slim fast shakes a day and half a lean diet tvdinner and did cardio every day untill i collapsed. I know it wasn't good but I stuck with it cause i saw results. when i do it the right way its just so slow that i get discouraged. I was thinking of using something like clen initially to magnify the results.but i cannot find any info anywhere or testimonials about any pill that describes how much better the results are than without it.

Is it possible to gain weight while using diet pills?
i started using trim spa x32 last monday. i lowered my calorie intake to 1200 calories a day but for most days i didn't even reach that. i weighed my self again today thinking i should way myself every week and now i've gained wait. im not sure if the scale was messed up or what. Has anyone had this problem with diet pills?
