Does the Special K diet work?
I am intending on going on the Special K diet for 2 weeks and to then carry on with eating healthily and excercising daily. Does this diet work? Responses from people who have gone on this diet would be very helpful Just to inform you, the special K diet entails eating breakfast and Lunch, a small portion 30g of the cereal and then an alternative third meal, something healthy for example Tuna salad.
What is the best thing to have at a Chinese takeaway when on a diet?
I agreed with my dad that I'd have chinese with him tonight, as I don't want to be a spoilsport plus, chinese once in a while yummy .However, as I'm on a diet, I was wondering wish dish has the lowest calories? I have a 600 calorie maximum for my tea tonight I'm on slimfast so any ideas? I will probably eat half today, and put the rest in the fridge, as the portions are quite large. which dish, not wish dish lol

WHAT THE FUCK.Iv just heard of it Breakfast Coffee black, no sugar and a cigarette.Lunch Coffee black, no sugar and a cigarette with a yogurt or an apple.Snack Coffee black, no sugar and a cigarette.Dinner Coffee black, no sugar and a cigarette.It's apparently for people with a very low budget and need to lose weight fast.This so called " diet" allows you to lose 60 pounds in 2 months.I think it's ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.Do you believe you can actually lose 60 pounds in this diet?Im 5'5 and around 160 pounds and i doubt ill be able to be 100 pounds in 8 weeks.What do you think about this diet? My friend said " A dream come true" i disagree completely.Do you believe someone can actually lose 60 pounds.My friend is starting tomorrow .She's already a smoker, the good thing is she has 20 a day and now she will only have 4 a day.So what do you think?Do you think she'll be able to lose 60 pounds?She is also more or less my height and weight.She also comes to the gym with me. 1 2 hours daily, 5 days a week.
Can acne be caused by diet pills?
I've always had mild acne. Recently, I started taking pills called Lipovox that are supposed help control weight loss, acne, and anti aging. To take these pills, I've completely changed my diet and began exercising. But 15 days into taking these pills I noticed I was beginning to develop a papule on my cheek. I found my second one today and I was devastated because I've had a papule before but not one after another. My best friend, who also began taking Lipovox has moderate acne, and her face is clearer then ever. Could the pills I'm taking have anything to do with the papules or is it just a coincidence? And how do you treat a papule?
Going off a diet for a few days, what will happen?
I have been on a diet since June 10th, and today I am going up north for a family get together. When I travel with my family the only places we stop for food is fast food joints and this is really not good since I want to loss weight not gain it back. Also I have been counting calories and I don't know what i'm going to do at the family get together when it is just mostly burgers and hot dogs.help me please what should I do? If I go off my diet for a couple of days but just eat these meals in small portions would I gain back all the weight I worked so hard to get off? Also I think secretly my dad is trying to make me eat, well I eat but he is always at work and I eat most my meals in the early part of the day, but he came home with Mc Donald's one day and stuck a whole bunch of food in front of me to eat. I didn't eat it I gave it to my step mom hahaha. Also he keeps offering if I want take out or fast food when before I went on a diet he didn't. why could this be?

Willpower for diet and exercise?
I've been trying to lose weight for years now, but I can never seem to stick to diets. The longest I've ever stuck to a diet has been two weeks. I don't know how to motivate myself to stick to exercise and avoiding unhealthy things. A few days ago I was going to go out for a run every day before school, but I failed at the very first attempt. I woke up at 6am, thought sod it, and went back to sleep. I want to permanently change myself so that I can have a body that I won't feel embarrassed of. I want to be one of the boys in my class who can just enjoy themselves without having to worry about how ugly they might look right now.I'm not fat, just a bit chubby. My fat seems to be mainly in my torso, especially the chest and belly area. It isn't even that much, but I want to be toned and slim and happy, not chubby and miserable. If anyone could suggest a way for me to stick permanently to healthy eating and an excercise routine, I would be very happy. I'm 6 foot 2 inches, broad shouldered and a 15 year old male.

the name of the song. Its not the advert with duffy, its the one where a girl is getting married and makes funny faces beside her father while getting pictures taken. A girl in a club pinches a guys ass and he thinks its the guy behind him and a girl makes funny faces to another girl in a office meeting, its a nice song and i cant find it on youtube or anywhere.Im sure its diet coke and at the end of the advert it says, " do your thing" so can someone please help me find the song, please, thanks.
